By accessing Scrum & Sizzle Co., you agree to abide by our terms. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service. Prices are listed in EUR/GBP and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to shop. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but minor variations in colour or fit may occur due to the artisanal nature of our apparel.
Shipping Policy
Where we ship, how long it takes and what to expect with delivery.
We ship worldwide from our European hub.UK and European delivery takes 5-7 business days, while international orders (South Africa, USA, Australia) may take 10-14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refund & Returns Policy
How to return items, when you’re eligible for a refund and what happens next.
At Scrum & Sizzle Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If it's not the right fit, you can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our online portal with your order number. Once received and inspected at our Irish hub, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty. For hygiene reasons, certain items like headwear or undergarments may not be eligible for return if the seal is broken.
Rights to Designs & Content
Who owns our designs, artwork and content, and how you can (and can’t) use them.
All artwork, graphics, logos, and apparel designs featured on our site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scrum & Sizzle Co. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of our designs is strictly prohibited. We take pride in our South African and Irish heritage, and our creative rights are protected by Irish and international copyright laws. Any use of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent is a violation of these terms. Scrum & Sizzle Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
